Cancellation and Refund Policy

NO FEES WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER APRIL 1, 2012.

Applications without proper payment will not be processed.
If you require special consideration please call (905) 707-5821.

Full fees (less $100 non-refundable deposit PER CAMPER, PER SESSION)
will be refunded for cancellations received prior to April 1, 2012.
Please read the following example carefully before making your registration decision.

Example: For each child you register for the month of July and the first 2-week period in August and then you:

As our fees are for specific sessions, there will be no refunds for days missed. A doctor's note will be required for an absence due to illness for two consecutive weeks or more in order that we may consider refunding 50% of the remaining fees.

Fees for days missed are not transferable to other sessions or to other families.

There will be a $20 charge for N.S.F. cheques

Earl Bales Community Day Camp reserves the right to refuse enrolment or
dismiss a camper if it is in the best interests of the camper or the camp.
